Adventuring: Capitol Hill + Roy Street Coffee

I had the loveliest time with Christine walking around Capitol Hill and drinking delicious coffee the other day. Are these houses not the most amazing places to live!?

Roy Street Coffee is one of my new favorite places to grab an Americano and a treat.

 Deteriorating charm.

This picture reminded me so much of my Mom. Don't forget to get your Momsie something nice for Mother's Day! They deserve it.

 I would live here in a heartbeat. It was so bold compared to the houses around it!

 I wish I could have moved that van, but, alas, my muscles are not quite strong enough.

 How about this French villa inspired apartment complex!? Wooo!
